the problem is the cops want their cake and eat it too...you're not going to curb the racing but you can only attempt to divert it...build more f'in tracks...oh but wait...no one wants that track in their back yard.

its pretty bad when ottumwa has street races and des moines doesnt. and its not just gay cars either. actually some decently fast cars race. 7 - 8 second 1/8th mile cars. and still even some of the 9 second cars is better then alot of the gay stuff that races in des moines.
last time i was in des moines was on bell fucking oldsmobile raced some riced out civic. ridiculous. the only good race i watched was 2 years ago a night that a very few of us went out to a new spot and where vitoman raced chad in his 92 style camaro. t

The only races I ever see around here anymore usually involve a busted ass Ford Escord reving on a busted ass 1970's SUV. While they slam on it from stoplght to stoplight hitting top speeds around 12 mph, then slamming on the breaks for the next light lol
Usually you can hear some 15 year old white boy from one of the vehicles yelling out some ebonics shit no-one understands in between the runs lol

only problem with street racing "crackdowns" i see is if you have a car youve modified its automatically a race car. now its ok for the cops to do anything they want to you, search your car, accuse you of racing and tow your shit, then of course some pigs kid is buying it for 100 dollars at the auction. while you sit in a cell being made an example of.. fucking police can go car shopping with their badges and take what they want. i think if they want to lower the boom on people there should be video evidence. screw all this officer descretion to STEAL someone elses property.
.. not that all cops are dirty, but the whole stealing-peoples-shit-through-public-auction has been going on for a long, long time. way i see it the only reason a few cops got sacrificed recently is they stole someones shit that actually had money for a lawyer. basically they stole some shit from someone that MATTERED, not a regular working man who just has to take his assfucking and like it..
